Time for another update!

Time never ceases to get away from me. I have become a failure at this 365 days of photos but I will keep trucking along, I may or may not succeed but at least I gave it my best effort right? Lots of happenings at the Vaillant house lately. We are constantly busy and as my pregnancy progresses, my energy level decreases. I have been plagued with 3rd trimester fatigue, heartburn, Insomnia, and just general uncomfortableness. Would I change it for the world? NEVER! Today I had my 32 week ultrasound appointment with MFM and Grant is weighing in at a whopping 4 lbs 8oz already! I guess he is going to follow in his big brothers footsteps and be a big baby! There is some concern that my amniotic fluid levels are a bit higher than they should be so I will be closely monitored for the rest of my pregnancy. I will now have 2 times weekly NST's and a biophysical profile. I'm exhausted just thinking about it but I will do whatever it takes to make sure my little man arrives safely! Veda and Grayson are doing well. Veda is really looking forward to helping mommy with Grant once he arrives. She is the sweetest thing, always wanting to rub my belly and talk to Grant. Its such a different experience this go around with her and I am really looking forward to whats to come. Grayson decided on his own terms that he didn't want to wear diapers anymore and started wanting to use the big boy potty. He has been extremely successful and I am so proud of him. I never expected it to happen so quickly since I have heard that boys are more difficult to potty learn. I think Gray is starting to feel the change happening in our family now that we are getting things ready for Grant's arrival. His behavior has been presenting us with some challenges and late nights but I know this too shall pass. He understands there is a baby Grant in my belly and he will even say Grants name and point to the crib so I think he is getting it, I'm just not sure he understands that its permanent. I guess a little extra love and attention is in store for him. until next time...............
